Ismail Senturk is a highly experienced Civil Engineer and the Founder & Director of Change It Design. With more than a decade of expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, tunnels, and drainage systems, he brings strong technical knowledge and proven leadership to every project.

His career began in Turkey, where as the Director of Senturk Civil Engineering, he successfully delivered major municipal projects such as bridge construction, stream rehabilitation, and military infrastructure works. In 2021, he expanded his vision to the United Kingdom by establishing Change It Design, continuing to build on the same foundations of quality, safety, and innovation.

Ismail specializes in site engineering, project management, and design services, with advanced proficiency in GNSS and Total Station technologies. His hands-on experience covers a wide range of infrastructure and civil works, ensuring precision and efficiency across all stages of construction.
